• Place 2 tablespoons in gauze bag and add to bath and mix the water gently. For maximum benefits, remain in the bath for 10 minutes. Use once a day, for occasional use only. Not for oral use. Avoid contact with eyes.

Recommended Dose:

Adults, adolescents and children > 2. For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to wounds and damaged skin. Do not tightly bandage. Do not inhale. Do not apply with external heat such as electric heating pad, as this may result in excessive skin irritation or ski burn. For children (2-12), application should be supervised by an adult.
